Exosome S comes as two separate vials. Vial 1 holds 120 mg of lyophilized exosome powder. Vial 2 holds 6 ml of active solution. You combine them right before your session, and use it immediately. What reaches your skin is a complex that was assembled minutes ago, not months ago.

Why the pairing works

Exosomes are the messengers — signalling vesicles that tell skin cells to get back to work on renewal and repair.

PDRN in the activating solution is the raw material — nucleotides cells reuse directly to rebuild, plus support for calmer, better-circulated skin.

Collagen, peptides and amino acids are the structural inputs. Hyaluronic acid, glycerin and trehalose hold the water in.

Signal, supply and structure in one session — that’s the point of a combination kit rather than a single-active serum.

How to use with your Dr.Pen

Cleanse the skin thoroughly and pat dry.
Disinfect the treatment area and fit a fresh sterile cartridge.
Activate — draw the full 6 ml of Vial 2 into Vial 1 and swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake.
Apply a thin, even layer over the treatment area.
Glide your Dr.Pen section by section at your usual depth setting, re-applying as you go.
Finish — leave the remaining solution on the skin. Do not rinse.
Rest — no actives, makeup, sun, sauna or gym for 24 hours. SPF the next day.

FAQ

Why two vials instead of one bottle?

Exosomes degrade in liquid. Freeze-drying them and activating on the spot is what keeps the complex potent at the moment it touches your skin.

How long can I keep it after mixing? Use it right away. Once activated it isn’t meant to be stored.

How many sessions does one kit cover?

The 6 ml activated volume is intended as a single treatment. Coverage depends on the area you’re treating.

Can I use it without a microneedling pen?

It’s formulated for microneedling and mesotherapy techniques. Applied as a plain topical it will still hydrate, but absorption will be far more limited.

Can I combine it with my PDRN or HA serum?

Not in the same pass. Run one product per session and space treatments out.

Does it need refrigeration?

Unopened and unmixed, the kit is stable for 2 years. Store cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.
